Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping will depend on the weight of the order. We do our best to select the cheapest shipping. If the shipping on our end is cheaper than what you paid, we will refund the difference.

What shipping carriers do you use?

USPS, Fed-Ex, and UPS

Where do you deliver?

Currently to the United States only. We will make an announcement when we open to other countries.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

For items on hand, we do our best to pack and ship within -3 business days.

For made to order items, this depends on the item and our manufacturer. It takes an average of 2–5 business days to create a product and fulfill an order.

Can I change my delivery address?

We do not allow the change of a delivery address once and order has been placed. Please cancel the order and create a new one with the correct address.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is provided with all orders. We will email the tracking ID once the order has been fulfilled and you can check the carrier site for updates.

How do I know if I have received my complete order?

Made to Order items may ship separately but you will recieve tracking information for each shipment.
